Tonight at 6:30 PM at the Riverside City Council office, is the meeting that will decide what will happen to the Mt. Rubidoux Cross.
If you’ve read our first blog about the issue of the Mt. Rubidoux Cross back in November, we were left with the gutting cliffhanger of the cross’ fate to be decided in late January. Last Tuesday, the Riverside City Council held a public workshop that focused on the legal issues of the cross’ whereabouts.

New Pets and Home Insurance

Without going into too much detail, home insurance protects against theft, and damage to the home. And we know certain factors that go into your policy as well, like improvements (adding a deck). Now let’s bring a new pet into the mix. Does your home insurance protect against accidents related to your pet? What about improvements to the home related to your pet?
Freezing California

The term “Sunny and warm California” may only refer to summer. Last year in January we saw temperatures of 75 and 80 degrees. This year we are facing freezing temperatures close to those of Boston, currently in the 40’s. Being in California we’re used to a warmer climate, even in the winter. That means residents may not be prepared for this colder weather. What can you do to protect yourself, and Home insurance Los Angeles?
Update your Home Inventory

The holiday season is coming to a close, and you probably have some brand new stuff that you would hate to lose. Whatever it may be, if it is worth a decent amount of money, you should definitely add it to your home inventory. Whether it is a gadget like a tablet, laptop, e-reader—or something bigger like new furniture or appliances—then you need to include it in your inventory to assure that it will be covered after a disaster or burglary.
